Sunday 8th February - Preston Guildhall The Senior Band put in a very creditable performance yesterday against some strong competition, achieving Third Place in the Third Section, performing 'The Once and Future King', a very evocative piece indeed. Sixteen bands competed, one or two having withdrawn - probably due to adverse weather conditions! Thank you to all those involved - heads down again and all systems go for Blackpool in just three weeks time....
